World Class Keynote Speakers Announced for Global Sustainable Shipping and Ports Forum

The Global Sustainable Shipping and Ports Forum team is proud to announce the first line of knowledgeable speakers, who will share their insights and experience about Maritime in Copenhagen, on September 25-26th!

Speakers board is still growing rapidly, but there are already many C-level representatives from leading Maritime companies, biggest shipowners, shipyards, shipbuilders, ports, experienced government officials, policymakers, and relevant researchers, from all around the globe. Among confirmed speakers, there are Maritime specialists from Maersk, Carnival Corporation & Plc., Oldendorff Carriers, Spliethoff, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Europe, DFDS, World Ocean Council, and many others!

There still remain numerous opportunities for taking full advantage of LNG. There are few, who would disagree that the maritime industry has to become increasingly more sustainable as soon as possible. It is easy to reach consensus on the benefits of sustainability, however, the more challenging questions are related to becoming a truly sustainable and efficient leader in shipping. There are a great number of areas in the maritime sector that need to be further developed and improved, to mention a few among many: reducing environmental shipping impact on oceans, ensuring that employees’ working conditions meet highest standards, guaranteeing transparency and others.

The Global Sustainable Shipping and Ports Forum will tackle these and a great number of different pressing issues that all industry stakeholders have a need to exchange their views on. The event will provide great networking opportunities and will offer an exhibition area, where the latest solutions and business improvement ideas will be introduced.

The Forum is an event for maritime leaders, who want to unlock successful business formula of the industry! Our forum is an opportunity for all stakeholders to meet and discuss industry outlook, look for ways to cooperate and find solutions to most urgent issues as well as exchange good practices
