Russia continues to actively use the infrastructure of occupied Crimea, in particular the Kerch Sea Fishing Port, for “gray” schemes for the export of Ukrainian grain and liquefied gas. This is reported by Radio Liberty.
Journalists recorded two gas tankers on the territory of the port, one of which has hidden identification data. A train with grain tankers was discovered near the grain terminal, which indicates possible preparations for the shipment of illegally exported grain from the occupied territories of Ukraine to the Middle East.
Despite international sanctions and the official closure of Crimean ports for shipping, Russia uses Sevastopol, Kerch, and Feodosia to transship strategic cargo, including ilmenite for the Crimean Titan and petroleum products.
According to experts, Moscow is turning Crimean ports into logistics hubs that serve military needs and contribute to the systematic theft of Ukrainian resources. Previously, Petro Andryushchenko, head of the “Center for the Study of Occupation,” announced the creation of new logistics corridors under the guise of “infrastructural development.”
