For 9 months of 2019, the TIS terminal group, the largest stevedoring operator in Ukraine, exceeded the freight turnover by more than 30% compared to the same period last year: from 17.6 million tons to 23.3 million tons. This was reported by the press service of TIS.
In January-September 2019, the number of TIS-processed railway cars increased by one third: from 235,143 to 311,374, and the transportation of goods by container trains – by almost 40%.
In October, the company further improved its performance: «October is not over yet, and we have already handled more cargo than in the whole of 2018. On October 22, TIS terminals overcame the mark of 25.7 million tons,» the company said.
